Brandon Basinger has over a decade of experience in technical services, currently serving as a Tier 2 Technical Services member at KEYper Systems since August 2013. Responsibilities include providing end user customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading projects within the team. Brandon is committed to continuous learning of software and hardware to meet evolving customer needs. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as a CIS Lab Assistant at Western Carolina University, where tasks included assisting a professor in lab instruction, maintaining computer lab hardware and software, and facilitating student support. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Carolina University, earned in 2012.
