Stephen Donnelly

Stephen Donnelly has extensive experience in law enforcement and investigation, having served as a Contract Investigator at KeyPoint Government Solutions, where background investigations for national security clearances were conducted for Federal law enforcement positions. Donnelly's previous role as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Justice spanned from August 1961 to August 1986, overseeing a range of investigations related to Immigration & Naturalization, Internal Affairs, and Equal Employment Opportunity cases, as well as engaging in undercover operations in multiple countries. Prior experience includes serving as a Police Advisor at the U.S. Department of State in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970, providing guidance on police programs and working on various security-related initiatives in collaboration with both U.S. and Vietnamese military units.
