Josh Downes

Josh Downes has been working in the professional world since 1993. Josh began their career in the US Navy as a Hull Maintenance Technician, where they also served as a Supplementary Duty as a Ship's Search & Rescue Swimmer. During this time, they received a maximum cash award from the Department of Defense for designing and implementing a safety mechanism that saved the Navy time and money. In 2003, they began working for Killefer Flammang Architects as a Construction Administrator. In 2005, they founded Keyport, Inc., where they serve as the Sole Founder & Chief Product Designer. In this role, their duties include business development, team management, brand development, product design, graphic design, and social media.

Josh Downes graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
