Phil Lorch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and wireless communications sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Programs for Aerospace and Defense at Keysight Technologies since May 2016, Phil Lorch specializes in Satellite and Space Mission Assurance.
