Shai James

Shai James is a Manufacturing R&D Engineer II at Keysight Technologies, having progressed through various engineering roles since June 2021, including Manufacturing Engineer and Process Engineer. Shai's work in a dynamic manufacturing environment has focused on Lean process improvement and designing tooling with resin-based 3D printing technologies for rapid prototyping. During early career experience at Nordstrom, Shai held positions as a Men's Sportswear Salesman and Men's Shoes Salesman from November 2016 to June 2021. Shai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned in 2021.
