She has a proven ability to collaboratively work across all organizational levels up to the C-suite to identify, attract, and develop talent.
Kristen is a Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire Durham.
