Larry Fisher

Larry Fisher currently serves as Vice President at Keystone Partners, having transitioned from The Ayers Group following its acquisition in June 2024. With extensive experience in talent and career management, Larry held the position of Vice President, Talent Advisory Services at The Ayers Group, where responsibilities included overseeing Career Transition and Executive Coaching/Leadership Development practice areas. Prior to this, Larry held leadership roles in various companies, including Vice President at Right Management, President of Orion Business Solutions, and Director of Client Relations at Sherwood Learning Solutions, among others. Larry began a career in IT and staffing with positions at Spherion, Chubb Computer Services, and Computer Associates. Larry's educational background includes a BA in Communications from SUNY Oswego.
