Javier Valeriano

Javier Valeriano has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Javier currently works as an Engineering Manager at Keyway since 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Manager at Wildlife Studios from 2020 to 2022.

Before that, Javier held various positions at Globant. Javier started as a Sr. System Development Analyst in 2011, maintaining and evolving a payment gateway for EA Games and implementing personalized captchas for the EA payment gateway. Javier then became a Technical Leader & Java Architect in 2018, leading a team to develop a custom configuration management tool for a prominent bank. Javier also worked as a Technical Manager from 2020 to 2020.

From 2013 to 2018, Javier worked at Itaú Argentina as a Sr. System Analyst and Software Architect. Javier led a team of Analyst/Developers and improved the quality of the Mediation group. Javier also mentored and advised Java to bank developers.

Javier co-founded CeroHours in 2012, where they managed and developed applications, with a focus on small-to-medium companies. Javier also worked on an own project, an online service for hotels to offer a digital menu and remote control panel on customers' devices.

Javier started their career at Siemens IT Solutions and Services in 2010 as a System Development Analyst. There, they worked as a full-stack developer for automotive manufacturers and served as the technical Java referent of the team.

Javier Valeriano has a diverse education history. Javier began their academic journey at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Técnico Superior en Programación (Superior Technician in Programming) degree with a focus on Systems Engineering. Following this, they attended the Universidad del Salvador from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree, though the field of study is unspecified. Javier's educational path continues with their enrollment at the University of Buenos Aires, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which is expected to be completed in the years 2022 to 2024.
