Adam Helyer has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Adam started their career in 2002 at Boots, where they served as a Supply Specialist. Adam then moved on to AmSafe Aviation as a Sales Coordinator before joining Aero Inventory as an Assistant Purchasing Supervisor and later becoming a Procurement Specialist. In 2009, Adam joined AXA Investment Managers as a Sourcing Expert. Adam then worked for Guardian News & Media as a Procurement Manager and Category Manager, where they managed substantial annual spends and led strategic sourcing initiatives. Adam also worked at ITV as a Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Manager, focusing on digital marketing. Adam joined Condé Nast as an IT and Digital Procurement Category Manager in 2019 and later took on the role of Interim Head of Procurement. In 2022, they joined DAZN Group as the Head of Sourcing. Adam's most recent position is as the Global IT Procurement Director at Keywords Studios, where they started in 2023. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated a strong ability to drive continuous improvement, develop best practice procurement processes, and effectively manage procurement categories.
Adam Helyer attended the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Agriculture and Food Sciences with a field of study in Environmental Biology. Prior to that, they attended York College of Further and Higher Education from 1992 to 1994. Adam's earlier education includes Thurston Upper School from 1985 to 1992 and Ixworth Middle School from 1982 to 1985.
