Monica Pool

Monica Pool currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at KFC since October 2023, following a tenure as Marketing Director for Taco Bell UK and Europe from December 2020 to September 2023. Previously, Pool held several significant marketing roles at KFC UK & Ireland, including Director of People Transformation and Marketing Director across various divisions from 2009 to 2020. Early in her career, Pool gained experience as Marketing Manager at Rainbow Farms, where notable achievements included leading the launch of new chicken products in three markets. Pool also worked as Account Director at The Hardy Boys Advertising Agency and has a background in marketing at Bestfoods Robertsons South Africa. Monica Pool holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
