Ashley Sultan

Ashley Sultan is a highly experienced professional in training and communication, currently serving as a Senior Trainer & Learning Designer at Kforce Inc since April 2016. In this role, Ashley facilitates training for sales associates across over 50 offices nationwide, designs curriculum for new hires, and implements post-training activities, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Dynamics training. Additionally, Ashley has served as the VP of Communications for the Central Florida chapter of the Association for Talent Development, contributing to executive board efforts. Prior experience includes a Development Assistant position at the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, where Ashley managed fundraising events and donor relations, and a role as a Recruiting Assistant at the University of Central Florida. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Central Florida.
