Markus Peretzki, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Markus began their career as an intern in Risk Management at KfW in 2013. Markus then joined PwC in 2014, where they worked in Financial Services Consulting, specifically focusing on Risk & Regulation. In 2016, they returned to KfW and joined their Graduate Program as a Credit Risk Analyst. Markus subsequently held various roles in Credit Risk Management, specializing in Transport & Social Infrastructure (PPP). Markus is currently working at KfW IPEX-Bank as an Assistant Vice President, serving as a Project Manager and providing Financial Modelling Advisory.
Markus Peretzki, CFA, holds a Master's Degree in Finance which they obtained from Tilburg University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of Mannheim from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, Markus also participated in an Exchange Semester at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, studying Financial Economics. Markus has obtained several certifications from the CFA Institute, including passing all three levels of the CFA exams (Level I in 2016, Level II in 2019, and Level III in 2021) and becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) Charterholder in January 2022.
