Ramona R. began their work experience in 2010 at KfW as a Trainee in Financial Markets. Ramona then worked their way up to become a Manager in DCM Funding from April 2011 to October 2013. From November 2013 to October 2015, they served as a Senior Manager in European Relations. Subsequently, from October 2015 to March 2019, Ramona held the position of Senior Manager in Investor Relations and Organization - Capital Markets. In March 2019, they moved to KfW IPEX-Bank and currently holds the role of Vice President in Corporate Strategy.
Ramona R. obtained their Master's degree (German Diplom) in Economics from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In 2005 to 2006, they also attended Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, majoring in Economics. Later on, in 2014, they enrolled in the International Program for Financial Institutions Executives at IE Business School, focusing on the future challenges of development banking.
