Todd Roisum

Todd Roisum is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Manager of IT Change Management at KGPCo since August 2023. Previously, Todd held the position of Senior Manager of IT Operations at Best Buy from June 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included ownership of the ITIL Event Management process, extensive cross-team collaboration, and metrics reporting for performance improvement. Todd's earlier career at CWT spanned from July 2005 to June 2016, with roles including Manager of Application Middleware Management and Support, as well as Team Lead for Configuration Management and Enterprise Systems Management. These positions involved leading teams, coordinating software release activities, and advocating for best practices in Change Management. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metro State University and has attended various educational institutions throughout the years.
