Sierra Brown

Sierra Brown is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at KHAITE since April 2024. In addition to this role, Sierra contributes as a Mentor in the Seedling Mentorship Program at Crown Affair, which focuses on empowering women in the early stages of their careers. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Hearst Magazines and as a Talent Acquisition Manager at JBC, a global consumer search practice. Sierra began a career in recruitment at Aritzia, where roles included Senior Talent Acquisition Executive and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, following initial experience as a Floor Manager. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and has also studied at Hartwick College.
