Belinda Smart is an experienced editor and content strategist, currently serving as Deputy Editor for New Civil Engineer at emap since February 2023 and Editor for IRN Magazine at KHL Group since December 2020. With a background at Boston Publishing and Krafthaus as Associate Editor, Belinda manages writing and editing for both print and online formats, conducting interviews and reporting at high levels. Previously, as Managing Editor for Built Offsite Magazine, Belinda contributed to the launch of a new forum for the offsite construction sector. Additional roles include Head of Content at Online Business Development Services and Melbourne Correspondent for Ragtrader magazine. Belinda holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
