Khoros
Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer at Khoros. He spent more than six years as President, CFO, and co-founder of Topbox where he helped brands unify data from customer communications and feedback channels, and joined Khoros when the companies merged in January of 2021.
Jeff began his career in public accounting and later held finance and accounting leadership roles for several technology startups before becoming the Controller for a contact center outsourcing company. After the sale of the contact center business to a Fortune 500 company, Jeff transitioned into an operations leadership role where he led a team of nearly 5,000 staff with operations in a dozen countries. Jeff spent more than 10 years running outsourcing operations before co-founding Topbox and returning to his finance roots.
