Uri Greenwald

Uri is a patent attorney and an Operating Partner at Khosla Ventures. His role includes investment due diligence, portfolio company counseling, license negotiation, and new company incubation. Uri is a co-founder and the current CEO of Lyfspn, a company incubated at KV.

Prior to joining KV, Uri practiced law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he drafted and obtained numerous high-value U.S. and foreign patents for his clients. He also advised clients on patent portfolio strategy, IP licensing, third-party patent analysis and the IP aspects of public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Uri earned his J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law and earned his M.D. from the NYU School of Medicine. Prior to law school, he trained in general surgery, where he obtained substantial hands-on experience with diagnosis, medical management, surgery and surgical technique and medical imaging.
