Craig Parrish-Fuenzalida is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the real estate and FinTech sectors. Currently serving as the Principal Product Manager for Growth at Kiavi, a tech-enabled lender, Craig has developed the product strategy and 24-month roadmap for the Growth Cross Functional team. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager and Growth Product Manager at Dealpath, where significant platform enhancements were made through collaboration with national investment firms. At Certain Lending, as Product Manager and Head of Risk, Craig defined product vision and managed key relationships to foster capital recycling. Early career positions included appraisal roles at CBRE and Colliers International, contributing to the valuation of over $500 million in assets. Craig holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
