Alain Bindels is a seasoned professional in the life sciences and digital health sectors, currently serving as a VC Partner at Clarma Capital since June 2024. Alain is also the founder of InnoSense, a consultancy focused on digital health and innovation management. Involvement includes volunteer efforts with Global Entrepreneurship Week Basel and serving as a Health & Wellbeing Vertical Board Member at Kickstart Innovation. Alain has held various leadership roles at Roche, including Innovation & Technology Leader and Digital Innovation Lab Director, contributing significantly to digital transformation and innovation culture within the organization. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a postgraduate Master's in Pharmaceutical Industry Management from Burgundy School of Business, complemented by a Design Thinking certification from Stanford University.
