Dan Swanson started working at Marcus & Millichap in 1998 as a Vice President of Investments. During their time there, they closed over 180 transactions totaling over $280M in sales and received numerous awards for their sales achievements. Dan resigned in 2013 as the #1 sales agent in the Seattle office and ranked 27th nationally in multi-family sales. After leaving Marcus & Millichap, Dan joined Kidder Mathews in the same year as an Executive Vice President and Shareholder. At Kidder Mathews, they specialize in the sale of multi-family assets in core Seattle markets, representing owners in dispositions and selected buyers in property acquisitions. Dan also provides consultation services for asset valuation, cash flow analysis, market analysis, and alternative investments.
Dan Swanson attended Washington State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting & Finance.
