Catherine Stoneman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Catherine began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Director at Explore Learning and later became a Centre Director, responsible for managing a tuition center and handling financials, sales, marketing, and member retention. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Explore Learning, where they oversaw recruitment processes and collaborated with external stakeholders and decision-makers within the company. Catherine then worked as a Director at graduate-jobs.com from 2018 to 2020. Catherine joined Kïdo in 2018 and held various positions, including Head of Talent and Head of Operations & People. Currently, Catherine is the Chief Operating Officer at Kïdo, where they focus on creating a positive employee experience and managing talent and resourcing plans. Catherine also has experience as a Freelance Pilates Instructor, specializing in body conditioning and core stability through Pilates. Overall, Catherine Stoneman has expertise in operations, people management, talent acquisition, and training instruction.
Catherine Stoneman received their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Chichester, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In 2015 to 2016, they attended Body Control Pilates to study Pilates, though no degree was obtained.
