Lucie Sweeney

Lucie Sweeney is a Wellbeing Manager at Kids Planet Day Nurseries since July 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in mental health training and education. Prior to this role, Lucie served as an Associate Trainer at Calmer and Specialist Mental Health & Wellbeing Trainer & IQA at Mind, where responsibilities included designing accredited courses, providing therapeutic coaching, and conducting staff mentoring. Lucie's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester, accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor certification, and a PGCE in Secondary Education from Manchester Metropolitan University. Additionally, Lucie has experience as a Head of Department at Saddleworth School and as a Special Education Teaching Assistant at Parrs Wood High School, alongside a background in television acting with ITV.
