Karsten Schween

Karsten Schween is managing director of Schween owner strategy consulting and was managing director and partner of INTES consulting for family businesses and the INTES academy for family businesses for a long time. Before that, he was CEO of Freiberger Holding for several years. Before that, he advised family businesses and corporations in various production and service industries in Europe, the USA and Asia for many years as a partner in the global management consultancy McKinsey & Company. He completed a commercial apprenticeship and studied business administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, where he later received his doctorate in finance.
