Margaret Hassall

Margaret Hassall is an experienced independent non-executive director, currently serving at Kier Group and AJ Bell, and has held similar positions at ReAssure, Phoenix Group, Tandem Bank, Nucleus Financial, and OneSavings Bank. Over the years, Margaret has contributed to the governance and strategic direction of various organizations, including serving as chair of remuneration and nomination committees at Nucleus Financial and holding directorial roles at The Ascention Trust and Wavestone. An interim CIO at The Co-operative Bank, Margaret holds a BSc in Industrial Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
