Brian Baker, PE, P.Eng, CMQOE, is a seasoned professional in civil and structural engineering with extensive experience in project management for major transportation projects. As the Sr. Design Engineering Manager at Kiewit since January 2018, Baker oversees design and engineering initiatives. Prior roles include Sr. Transportation Project Manager at HDR, where contributions involved the Pennsylvania P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement Project and the $350 million JCG Design-Build project in Kansas City. Baker's earlier career includes project management positions at Entranco (AECOM) and Sverdrup Jacobs, as well as serving as a Civil Engineer and Hurricane Hunter in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and Officer Training School from the USAF.
