Currently serving as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Kijiji Canada since September 2022, Alexandra previously held the same title at Shopify for a brief period in 2022 and managed lifecycle marketing at FreshBooks from January 2020 to March 2022. Alexandra's expertise includes developing multi-channel customer retention programs, collaborating with analytics and sales teams, and executing strategic cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
