Alicia Stephens

Alicia Stephens has extensive experience in educational design and training program management, currently serving as the Director of Education at KIK Consumer Products since May 2006. In this role, Alicia has developed and implemented diverse training programs, coordinated annual training events across North America, and created educational resources for both new hires and external stakeholders. Alicia also has a background in online training curriculum development, having managed a certification program and integrated international content into training materials. Prior to KIK, Alicia worked at Biolab Inc where responsibilities included creating technical training presentations, supporting new product validation, and providing customer service in technical support roles. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Millikin University.
