Suzanne Day

Suzanne Day currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at KIK Consumer Products since February 2025. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Senior Counsel at Bracewell LLP from April 2022 to February 2025, focusing on insurance recovery for policyholders. With extensive experience at The Lubrizol Corporation from February 1998 to September 2021, Suzanne advanced through multiple leadership roles, ultimately becoming Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Responsibility. In this capacity, responsibilities included providing legal counsel to the CEO and executive team, overseeing corporate transactions, litigation, and regulatory compliance, as well as managing Lubrizol Oilfield Solutions, a significant business division. Earlier in the career, Suzanne was involved in litigation and corporate and securities law at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University.
