Prior experience includes roles such as Global Retail & HR Operation Manager at KIKO Milano, Organization Process and Compensation Manager at PERCASSI, and various positions related to process improvement and project management at Galgano & Associati Consulting and Parmalat Italia S.p.A. Simona holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from Università Bocconi, earned between 1994 and 1999.
