Michaela Nadine Pacis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they started their career as a PR Writer at Rubycomm-K.Austria, where they produced PR material and developed relationships with the press for clients in industries such as automobile, education, tech, and airlines. Michaela Nadine then moved on to roles as a Staff Writer at MyProperty.ph and a Senior Marketing Associate at Lamudi Philippines in the same year.

In 2015, Pacis joined Rappler as a Tech Contributor, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they contributed to technology-related content.

In 2017, Pacis became the Head of Lamudi Academy at Lamudi, a position they held until 2020.

In 2021, they worked at Instant System - Enabling MaaS, first as a Strategy and Business Development professional from May to November, and then as a Communications Lead from November to March 2022.
