Peter Gerardi has extensive experience in law enforcement and education, serving as the District School Resource Officer at Killingly Public Schools since 1986, where responsibilities include emergency management coordination and training. Gerardi held various leadership roles in IAABO Northeast Board #35 and Eastern Board #8, contributing to the oversight and development of officiating in basketball. As Head Golf Coach at Killingly High Schools, Gerardi led the team to multiple championships and a runner-up finish at the state tournament. Prior to their current position, Gerardi was Acting Chief of Police at the Danielson Police Department and a principle training instructor at the Connecticut Police Academy. Gerardi holds a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven, with a focus on Correctional Administration, and has been recognized for academic excellence.
