Sangtaek Kim

Sangtaek Kim is currently serving as Optical Engineering Manager at Kimball Electronics. With experience in leading global optics/vision system teams and designing optical systems and lenses, Sangtaek also has a background in technical project/program management. Prior to their current role, Sangtaek was a Senior Optical Engineer at Neonode, where Sangtaek focused on optics design for consumer electronics and vehicle systems. With a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, Sangtaek has a strong foundation in research and development, having previously worked on molecular imaging instrumentation and novel optoelectronic devices.
