Darek Kochman, CCEP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal operations and data analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Global Legal Operations at Kimberly-Clark since March 2019, Darek has demonstrated expertise in leading global teams, driving organizational transformation, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Previous roles include Director of Data & Analytics at KPMG US, where Darek partnered with clients to leverage data for improved business outcomes, and various managerial positions within KPMG focusing on data strategy, consulting operations, and alliance management. Darek’s career commenced in audit and forensic accounting, gaining foundational experience at EY and other organizations. Darek holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
