Michael Brown

Michael Brown is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Kimberly-Clark since August 2021, Michael previously held various leadership roles, including Manager of Corporate Engineering Systems at Mary Kay Inc. since 2013, and Production Manager II at The Coca-Cola Company from 2011 to 2013. With a strong background in manufacturing efficiency, Michael served as Senior Manager of Manufacturing at Luxottica Optical Manufacturing and was involved in packaging operations at Mary Kay Inc. earlier in their career. Notable achievements include leading lean implementation teams and managing complex production operations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and A & M College.
