Kimmeridge Texas Gas is a Houston-based, independent oil and gas company that is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas assets in the prolific core of the gas-window in the Eagle Ford Basin, with operations principally focused in Webb, La Salle, McMullen, and Live Oak counties. 

We believe that we have built a premier, large-scale natural gas development company at the front-end of the Lower 48 US cost curve and that our acreage is positioned to benefit from the increasing global demand for natural gas and the build-out of robust LNG infrastructure along the US Gulf Coast.
