In 2012, they joined Kimray, Inc as a Facilities Manager, responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure. Isaac later served as the Director of Facilities and then as the Vice President of Facilities, overseeing department budgets, compliance, contract negotiation, maintenance programs, and strategic planning.
