Cindy Lora

Cindy Lora has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2014. Cindy started their career in 2014 as a Guest Services representative at Pranna Restaurant. In 2017, they completed a Food and Beverage Internship at Walt Disney World. Following that, they worked as a Guest Service Representative and Room Inspector at Hotel Indigo in 2018. Later in 2018, they joined Hipermercado La Fuente as an Accounts Payable employee. In 2019, Cindy became a Business Owner at La Cucina Catering Services. Cindy also worked as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, they took on various roles, including Virtual Assistant, English Second Language Teacher at Cambly Inc., and English Second Language Teacher at Allschool. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Specialist at KinderSystems, starting in November 2022.

Cindy Lora completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they obtained a certification in French Cuisine and Gastronomy from Saint-Pierre/Lycee des Metiers de l'Hotellerie de la Restauration et du Tourisme Universite Evry. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Foundations of Project Management, Google UX Design Specialization, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma, Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, and Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate. These certifications were obtained from Coursera and were completed between 2022 and 2023. Cindy also holds a certification in Event Planning from TRENDIMI Limited and certifications in Front Desk Representative, Front Office Management, and Guest Services Professional from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Additionally, they have a Graphic Design Master Certification from IACT International Academy of Computer Training.
