Mahtab Alam began their work experience in 2019 as a Sales Executive at Teleperformance. In 2021, they joined Navigant Technologies Private Limited as a BDA and worked until March 2022. In 2022, they served as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Square Yards from July to September. Currently, Mahtab is working at Kindly (YC W22), first as a Business Development Executive starting in October 2022 and then as a Sales Team Lead from June 2023.
Mahtab Alam completed their high school education at M.A.F Noida from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on the field of science. Mahtab then went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at A.F.U, graduating in 2017. In 2018, Mahtab decided to explore a different field and enrolled at Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute. Mahtab completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Aviation, Travel Management, and Hospitality in 2019.
