Jennifer Johnson is an experienced billing and accounts receivable specialist with a career spanning over two decades in various customer service and billing roles. Since July 2015, Jennifer has been working at CapSource Solutions as an A/R Billing Specialist, focusing on resolving denied and unpaid accounts receivable for toxicology labs, family practices, and pain management providers. From January 2007 to the present, Jennifer has also served as a Billing & AR Specialist at Harden Healthcare, LLC, where responsibilities include submitting billing claims and addressing patient inquiries. Earlier positions include TeleService Representative at Sears Holdings Corporation and Customer Service Representative at AT&T, where Jennifer developed strong skills in customer relations and problem resolution. Jennifer graduated from Reagan High School in 2002.
