Prior to that, Jeff worked at Ontario Power Generation from September 2002 to July 2010, where Jeff held various legal positions, including Counsel - Nuclear Projects and Senior Advisor - Energy Contracts. Jeff graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a degree in Law (LLB) in 2002 and from the University of Guelph with a degree in Management Economics & Finance (B Comm) in 1999.
