Ali Bott currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Kinetic, leading a team focused on customer success within the Higher Education sector. Prior to this role, Ali held the position of Head of Sector Development at Kinetic, driving software alignment with customer needs. Previous experience includes managing Housing Services at Queen Mary University of London, overseeing strategic targets and substantial revenue collections, and serving in various capacities at the Courtauld Institute of Art and the University of Winchester. Ali holds a Bachelor of Education in Primary Teaching from the University of Winchester.
