Farhad Ilias is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior 1st Line Support Analyst at Kinetic since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ilias was a Service Desk Administrator at Teya from April 2023 to March 2024, following the company's acquisition and rebranding process, and previously held similar positions at Retail Merchant Services from January 2021 to April 2023. Ilias has also worked as an Inside Account Executive at SHI International Corp. and has a background in business development at Xtremepush and Ingram Micro, where responsibilities included building client relationships and providing sales enablement training. Early career experience includes roles at BMB Clothing Limited and Debenhams. Farhad Ilias holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Northampton, obtained in 2016.
