Pip Kelly is an experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability, customer experience, and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Sustainability Team Leader and Customer Experience Manager at Kinetic since January 2023, Pip previously held dual roles as Property Consultant and Office Manager at Nock Deighton from March 2019 to January 2023. Pip's tenure at West Mercia Police from October 2013 to June 2019 included significant contributions as a Special Inspector, Rural and Business Crime Officer, and Specials Recruitment Officer, overseeing a team of Special Constables and Special Sergeants in Shropshire. Educational background includes attendance at RGS Worcester from 2002 to 2009.
