Lisa Ernst

Lisa Ernst is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the health care and consumer sectors. Currently serving as Innovation Practice Leader at Kinetic Consulting Ltd, Lisa previously held multiple senior vice president roles at Procter & Gamble, including responsibilities in Research & Development for Oral Care and leading R&D for both the Consumer Health Sector and Pet Care. Additionally, Lisa has contributed to the governance of organizations as a board member for SPD Swiss Precision Diagnostics and PGT Health Care. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where studies occurred from 1982 to 1986.
