Robert is a Dutch national who brings with him 29 years of diverse international experience gained at Procter & Gamble. During this time he led a number of matrix organisations from country and regional units through to global category business units, culminating in membership of the Executive Board of The Procter & Gamble Company (Global Leadership Council).
He has broad experience in integrating acquisitions in multiple categories and his last role before joining Kinetic was as President P&G Salon Professional, a business unit with dedicated supply chain & R&D organisations and operations in 50 countries.
