Tradeshow Booth Host Needed For Chicago Conference 8/9-8/11

Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of tradeshow booth hosts for an upcoming academic conference from 8/9-8/11 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Chicago. This event is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Chicago is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities throughout the year.

Job Description

• Job duties include booth management, lead generation and set up/tear down.
• Pay is $27/hour.
• Rest & meal breaks are paid and parking will be covered up to $22/day. You may also use the $22/day travel stipend for other transportation like public transit or rideshare, but receipts must be provided to Kinetic Events post-shift.
• You must wear black jeans or pants (no holes, rips, or tears), black or white closed-toed shoes. A shirt will be provided by the client.

Shift Times (Must be available for all shifts)

• Friday: 8/9 4pm-8pm
• Saturday: 8/10 10am-5pm
• Sunday: 8/11 10am-5pm

Ideal Candidates

• Previous tradeshow or brand ambassador experience is preferred.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and interacting with large groups of people.
• Must be flexible to work any and all roles onsite.
