Aditya Bansal

Aditya Bansal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the fields of industrial analytics and consumer electronics. As the Cofounder and CTO of KINETIC since August 2014, Aditya has focused on leveraging wearable devices to enhance workforce safety and minimize musculoskeletal injuries. Concurrently, as a Cofounder at Weartrons, Aditya has been instrumental in developing electronic product prototypes and bringing innovative ideas to market. Previously, Aditya contributed to Hammerhead Navigation by leading firmware and electronic prototyping for the HH1 device and served as a Research Staff Member at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, specializing in the design of integrated circuits for high-performance computing. Aditya holds a PhD and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, as well as a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
