Haytham Elhawary

Haytham Elhawary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. As Chief Strategy Officer and Cofounder of KINETIC since August 2014, Haytham has focused on developing innovative workers' compensation policies and injury reduction technologies, including the wearable REFLEX that significantly reduces musculoskeletal injuries. Previous roles include writing theatre reviews for Theatre is Easy, serving as Hardware Mentor in Residence at Indiegogo, and leading the Zahn Center for Entrepreneurship. Haytham has a solid background in medical technology, having held positions such as Senior Scientist at Philips Research North America and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, complemented by a PhD in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London.
