Justin Narduzzo

Justin Narduzzo is a seasoned professional in the underwriting field, currently serving as the Director of Underwriting at KINETIC since April 2025. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Insurate, including Underwriting Manager, where significant achievements included the implementation of a standardized underwriting documentation process that elevated consistency and accuracy, as well as leading a renewal underwriting process with a retention rate of approximately 90%. Additional experience comprises senior roles at Church Mutual Insurance Company, Omaha National, and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, encompassing a spectrum of underwriting and claims management responsibilities. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in English Language and Literature from Creighton University, having previously attended Hastings College.
